Truly, it’s not the size of the database that matters, but the quality of the staff you are providing. We have a select group of people that we work with and trust. We know people who have the experience you need and can be counted on to deliver for you.
We can easily staff any size event, but we confess that we do NOT have "100,000 names", because, well, we don't know 100,000 people (who does?). It's really that simple. If you want strangers, call someone else. If you want the best, call us.
Can you help me with a training program?
Besides working with the best, most experienced event staff, our Account Managers are highly proficient in training strategies for event staffing, and (if needed) can consult with you to devise the perfect plan.
How much do your services cost?
Since every event is unique, we will have to first discuss your individual needs. One thing is certain, however - we provide superior personnel. Thus, our rates are not at the bottom end of the spectrum (i.e.: we are not the cheapest). Nonetheless, we promise that you will find us to be an exceptional value.
Can you find me set up and strike staff?
Absolutely! Brandcierge works with the most experienced setup and strike crews (including concert riggers) trained to work efficiently and effectively.

How accessible are your account representatives?
The event business has no quitting time. For example, most events operate outside of normal business hours. That's why all of our Account Managers have laptops and BlackBerry's. They are always available, even on weekends!
How far in advance do I need to book staff?
Brandcierge is here for you anytime. Although 3-4 weeks in advance is ideal to provide the best of the best, our Account Managers can assist you with even the most challenging demands. Need someone tomorrow? Call us.
What type of warehousing or other special services do you offer?
Brandcierge offers complete warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment services for all of your event handout needs. We also provide assembly services if needed. We can even store your event equipment.
